Chesterton Academy of Our Lady of Victory is an independent, Catholic, classical high school in south metro Denver. We’re always looking for dynamic teachers with a love of teaching and forming high school students in the Catholic faith. 

Founded in 2019, CAOLV is a member of the Chesterton Schools Network that began in 2008 as a result of a grass-roots movement of parents. The Chesterton Schools Network offers a rigorous, integrated high school curriculum centered on the Incarnation of Jesus Christ. Focusing on the classics, the schools develop complete thinkers who learn to draw on faith and reason for the purpose of building a culture of life. Headmaster

Embarking on a journey to double our enrollment from 75 to 160 students over the next five years, OLV is launching a national search for a Headmaster to lead the way. The ideal candidate is a skilled educator and operational leader, has a passion for Catholic classical education, and with an entrepreneurial spirit demonstrates a track record of successful leadership in an academic environment.

Teacher

Due to high demand in joyful, vigorous, and life-giving education, OLV is enrolling two sections of freshmen in Fall 2025, requiring additional teachers in most subject areas. If you have a love of forming young men and women in the Catholic liberal arts to be men and women for God, please review our Teacher job description and our curriculum overview. Ninth grade classes include literature, history, philosophy, theology, latin, geometry, astronomy / earth science, choir, music history, art, and social dance.
